摘要
目的探讨宝鸡市电力系统职工高血压与代谢综合征(MS)各组分的关系,为电力系统职工综合防治高血压与MS提供参考依据。方法采用整群抽样法,以宝鸡市电力系统职工群体为调查对象,收集2019年1—10月在某健康检查中心参加年度常规健康检查资料,根据血压水平情况分为正常血压组(n=642)、正常高值组(n=941)、高血压组(n=526),利用二元logistic回归方法对不同血压组与MS及其组分的进行分析。结果性别、年龄、体质指数(BMI)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及空腹血糖(FBG)水平在不同血压组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);随着血压分组的升高,超重或肥胖、TG增高、空腹血糖受损及MS患病的比例不断升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);二元logistic回归模型分析显示,超重或肥胖(OR=4.60)、TG增高(OR=1.97)、空腹血糖受损(OR=3.22)及MS(OR=72.0)是高血压发生的独立危险因素(均(P<0.05)。结论宝鸡市电力系统职工高血压具有较高发病水平,且与MS及其组分如肥胖或超重、TG增高及空腹血糖受损等密切相关,应根据其工作性质及特点开展预防性知识教育,积极改变不良的生活方式,提高目标人群的生活质量。
Objective To explore the relationship between hypertension and components of metabolic syndrome(MS) in employees of electric power system in Baoji City,provide reference for comprehensive prevention and treatment of hypertension and MS in power system workers. Methods The cluster sampling method was used to select employees of electric power system in Baoji City,to collect the annual routine health examination data in a health examination center from January to October 2019,and they were divided into normal blood pressure group(n =642),normal high value group(n =941) and hypertension group(n =526)according to the blood pressure level. Binary logistic regression method was used to analyze the relationship between different blood pressure groups and MS of its components. Results There were statistically significant differences in gender,age,body mass index(BMI),systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),triglyceride(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) and fasting blood glucose(FBG) among different blood pressure groups(P<0.01). With the increase of blood pressure groups,the proportions of overweight or obesity,increased TG,impaired fasting blood glucose and MS were increasing,and differences were statistically significant(P<0.01). The results of binary logistic regression showed that overweight or obesity(OR=4.60),increased TG(OR=1.97),impaired fasting blood glucose(OR=3.22) and MS(OR=72.0) were independent risk factors for hypertension. Conclusion The incidence of hypertension among employees of electric power system in Baoji City is high,and is closely related to MS and its components,such as obesity or overweight,increased TG,and impaired fasting blood glucose. It is necessary to carry out preventive knowledge education according to the nature and characteristics of their work,actively change the bad lifestyle,and improve the quality of life of the target population.
