摘要
抽油机连杆在工作过程中受周期性交变载荷和配合公差的影响,经常造成连杆孔或横梁孔损坏,连杆上接头销孔与销间隙增大。针对连杆上接头销孔与销间隙增大引起抽油机振动问题,进行力学分析和软件仿真,通过加工新销轴、连杆孔、横梁孔、锥套等方式,改变原设计间隙配合方式,有效防止销、孔之间的磨损和间隙过大引起的抽油机振动。经现场10台试验机安装改造,销孔之间相对禁锢无间隙,抽油机均未再次出现振动或异响。设备安全性能和使用寿命得到提高。
In the process of work,beam pumping unit's connecting rod hole or transom hole is often damaged because of the influence of periodic load and machining accuracy,it often causes the clearance between connecting rod joint and pin enlarge. To solve the beam pumping unit 's vibration problem caused by the clearance of connecting rod joint and pin,the mechanical calculation and the software simulation were carried out,and the new pin,connecting rod joint hole,beam hole and taper sleeve were remachined,the original design of clearance fit way was changed to effectively prevent the wear of connecting rod hole and the vibration of beam pumping unit. Field application of reformed 10 beam pumping units showed that the vibration or abnormal sound weren't appeared and equipment safety performance and service life were improved.
