摘要
提出一种新型活塞异形销孔数控加工方法,采用一个基于压电陶瓷驱动的柔性铰链放大机构来实现镗刀的径向微位移.分析了放大机构的工作原理,提出了一种查表与实时检测相结合的控制方法.建立了消除压电陶瓷驱动器磁滞特性的数学模型,分析了柔性铰链刚度参数的设计方法及柔性铰链机构的动态特性.
The paper presented a new way for piston noncircular pin hole boring which uses a piezodriven displacement mechanism. In order to attain desired displacement of boring bar, the piezo actuator is mounted radially in the middle of the rotating bar of the mechanism. The working principle of the mechanism was analyzed, the model to compensate the hysteresis of the piezo actuator was established. A kind of control method combining the advantage of real time monitoring control and looking up a table control was proposed, the design method of rotating rigidity for oneaxis flexure hinge was illustrated. A dynamic model of the mechanism was set up, the dynamic performance demonstrates that the initial conditions do not affect the stable output of the mechanism, which indicates that the piezodriven boring bar can get stable output and high displacement accuracy. The theoretical analysis confirms the validity of the proposed mechanism.
