摘要
为研究减轻镉污染对小麦造成的伤害,探讨了He-Ne激光和外施6-苄基氨基嘌呤(6-BA)对镉(Cd)污染下的小麦抗氧化酶系的变化。结果表明:He-Ne激光、6-BA对镉污染均有缓解作用,He-Ne激光和6-BA复合处理下的效果最佳。复合处理提高了小麦幼苗中POD酶、SOD酶、CAT酶的活性,丙二醛(MDA)含量的增速变慢,电解质的泄露也得到了缓解。说明6-BA和He-Ne激光辐照处理可以减轻镉毒害引起的自由基伤害,对提高小麦抗逆能力具有积极作用。
The paper studied the effect of spraying different concentration of He-Ne laser and 6-benzylaminopurine (6-BA) on protective enzymes system under Cd^2+ pollution. The result shows that 6-BA and He-Ne laser have the relieving effects on heavy metal injury. Super oxide dismutase (SOD) ,peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT) activities can effectively improve in different degree, and the increase of malondialdehyde (MDA) content and electrolyte leakage become much slower. It shows that action of exogenous 6-BA and He-Ne laser can alleviate the injury caused by cadmium stress and increasing the cadmium resistance of wheat seedlings.
