苏打碱土植物根际土壤微生物与土壤理化特征的关系 被引量:3

The Relationship between Vegetation Rhizosphere Soil Microbial Flora and Soil Physical and Chemical Characteristics of Soda Alkali Soil

摘要 对盐渍土壤不同植被类型根际土壤微生物区系分布及其与土壤相关性的研究,为盐渍土壤的改良复垦提供理论依据。本研究以肇东盐渍土壤种植的3种不同植被类型植物群落根际土壤微生物为对象,系统分析了不同植被类型土壤微生物区系分布、土壤理化性状及其与土壤微生物相关性。研究结果表明,3种植物群落根际土壤细菌和真菌数量差异显著,放线菌数量差异不显著;银白杨人工林土壤质量相对较好,碱斑草甸土壤质量较差;不同植物群落根际土壤微生物细菌数量与有机质、全氮、全钾成正相关,与土壤p H值呈负相关;真菌数量和土壤有机质、全氮、全钾成正相关和土壤p H值、土壤含盐量呈负相关;土壤放线菌数量和土壤理化性状无显著相关性。 This research focused on the soil microbial flora distribution of different vegetation types and its relationship with soil physical and chemical characteristics, which provided theoretical basis for the reclamation of saline soil. In this study, three different vegetation rhizosphere soil microflora in Zhaodong were used as research objects, soil microbial flora distribution of different vegetation types and its relationship with soil physical and chemical characteristics were systematic analyzed. The results showed that the number of bacteria and fungi were significantly different among the three kinds of rhizosphere soil microflora, but the number of actinomycetes was not significantly different. The soil quality of rhizospher soil was rich at populus alba and was poor at alkali spot meadow. The number of soil bacteria in different vegetation rhizosphere soil was positively correlated with soil organic matter, total nitrogen and total potassium, negatively correlated with soil pH value. The number of fungi was positively correlated with soil organic mater, total nitro- gen, and total potassium, negatively correlated with soil pH value and salt content. There were no significant correlation between the number of actinomycetes and soil physical and chemical characteristics.
