摘要
目的了解德州市德城区女性性工作者（Female Sex Workers,FSWs）艾滋病相关知识认知情况,并分析其影响因素,为宣传教育和健康促进提供依据。方法于2012年5~8月采用问卷调查方法,收集当地不同档次暗娼的人口学、血清学及艾滋病相关知识认知情况。结果合计调查288人,平均（24.40±3.68）岁。FSWs的艾滋病知识知晓率为78.91%（202/256）,有32人表示未听说过艾滋病,占总回答人数的11.11%。汉族FSWs艾滋病知识知晓率为82.18%,少数民族为66.67%（P〈0.05）;家庭所在地为农村的FSWs知晓率为72.50%,乡镇的为87.27%,城市的为92.68%（P〈0.01）;自我感觉有感染艾滋病危险的FSWs知晓率为92.16%,感觉无感染危险的为76.09%（P〈0.01）。多因素分析显示民族（OR=0.36,95%CI=0.17~0.78）、自觉危险性（OR=0.19,95%CI=0.07~0.51）、家庭环境（OR=3.06,95%CI=1.51~6.21）是影响本地区暗娼艾滋病知识知晓率的因素。结论德州市德城区FSWs艾滋病相关知识知晓率较高,但来源于少数民族地区和农村地区的暗娼艾滋病知晓率较低。
Objective To understand the awareness on HIV-related knowledge and influencing factors among female sex workers in Decheng district,Dezhou city,so as to provide the basis forhealth education and promotion. Methods A oneto-one interview was conducted to collect demographic and AIDS awareness of female sex workers recruited from different venues.Blood samples were drawn for serological tests. Results Of the 288 participants,the average age was 24.403.68 years.The awareness rate of HIV-related knowledge was 70.14% U1,11.11%participants had neverheard of AIDS.The awareness rate of HIV-related knowledge among the Han ethnicityand non-Han minority was 82.18%,and66.67%respectively（P〈0.05）;72.50%,87.27% and 92.68% among FSWs fromrural areas,towns and cities respectively（P〈0.01）;92.16% participants reported having the perceivedrisk of HIV infection,and 76.09%reported no HIV infection risk（P〈0.01）.Multivariate regression analysis showed that HIV-related knowledge among FSWs was independently associated with ethnicity（OR =0.36,95%CI =0.17-0.78）,perceived HIV infection risk（OR =0.19,95%CI =0.07-0.51）,and family circumstances（OR =3.06,95%CI =1.51-6.21）. Conclusion The awareness rate of HIV-related knowledge rate is high among FSWs in Decheng district,Dezhou city,but the rate is lower among FSWs recruited from rural and minorityethnicity areas.
