摘要
建设年代较早的压型钢板屋面,一方面普遍进入渗漏维修期,一方面因板型与厚度等条件限制,对维修方案提出了许多特定的要求,须从经济性、耐久性、细部节点、结构荷载、排水能力等方面综合考虑。本文介绍了复合保温柔性防水技术在湖北某大型企业厂房压型钢板屋面渗漏治理的应用实践。
Early constructed profiled steel sheet roofs have many special requirements for maintenance plan because these roofs universally access to leakage repairing period and there are limits of plate type and thickness. So it should be comprehensively considered by economy, durability, details, structure load, drainage and so on. This article introduces application of composite insulation and flexible waterproofing technology in leakage maintenance of profiled steel sheet roof of a large enterprise workshop.
