摘要
分析了天津一工业厂房轻钢屋面采用PVC卷材单层屋面系统过早失效的原因,介绍了采用TPO卷材机械固定单层屋面系统进行整体翻新的屋面构造与细部节点设计及其施工工艺,指出只有将单层屋面作为一个系统来设计与施工,才能确保其工程质量。
The article analyses the reasons for the premature failure of an industrial building＇s lightweight steel roofing in Tianjin,which adopted PVC membrane in single ply roofing system.It also introduces the roof structure,details design and construction technology for the overall retrofitting of single ply roofing systems by TPO membrane and mechanically fastened method.Moreover,it points out that the project quality can be insured only when the single ply roofing is designed and constructed as a system.
