摘要
利用真空加热方法,对多孔钢渣粗骨料进行石蜡相变材料的吸附试验,制备多孔相变钢渣粗骨料,采用自制水化热容器进行两种钢渣骨料混凝土放热过程对比。结果表明:吸附相变材料的钢渣骨料具有较低的温升速率,适宜大体积混凝土控温要求;通过钢渣骨料混凝土强度的对比试验及扫描电镜分析,吸附相变材料的钢渣骨料与水泥界面较钢渣骨料混凝土界面弱,实际应用中应对相变钢渣骨料进行偶联剂处理,以保证发挥相变钢渣混凝土控温效应基础上满足大体积混凝土强度要求。
Using the heating-vacuum method,we conducted the adsorption experiment on the porous steel slag of paraffin phase change material,then produced the coarse aggregate of porous phase change steel slag,meanwhile,using the homemade hydration heat container to make a comparison of heat release of the two steel slag concrete. The results showed that the steel slag material absorbing the phase change material had a lower heating rate,which was suitable for the temperature-controlling demand of the mass concrete. In view of the SEM analysis and the strength of steel slag concrete experiment,the steel slag aggregate that absorbed the phase change material had a weak interface with cement than steel slag concrete,in the actual application,we need to process the steel slag aggregate with coupling agent,which guaranteed the strength requirement of phase change steel slag concrete on the basis of temperaturecontrolling.
