摘要
利用常规工艺和常用材料,制备出强度等级为C100以上的超高强纤维混凝土,分析了纤维掺量对其力学性能的影响,并对其内部微观界面进行研究。试验表明:所配制的混凝土28 d强度均在100 MPa以上,最高可达126.4 MPa;56 d强度均在110 MPa以上,最高可达133.0 MPa。随钢纤维体积掺量增加,混凝土抗折、抗劈拉强度明显提高,但弹性模量略有降低。
Based on conventional technique and commonly materials,the ultra-high strength fiber reinforced concrete of C100 has been developed,the influence of fiber contents on the mechanical properties of concrete has been discussed,and the internal microscopic interface has been studied.The experimental results show that compressive strength of concrete at 28 d was over 100 MPa,and the maximum was up to 126.4 MPa;the strength value at 56 d was over 110 MPa,and the maximum was up to 133.0 MPa.The flexural strength and splitting tensile strength of concrete were enhanced with increasing steel fiber volume content,however,the elastic modulus appears to be decrease a little.
