摘要
香烟烟雾中含有多种化学成分,绝大部分有致癌作用,能增加罹患肺癌的风险。除此之外,大量的研究表明,吸烟可诱导细胞凋亡、氧化应激、促炎症反应等,是慢性阻塞性肺疾病发病的主要影响因素,可见吸烟对肺功能有直接的影响。研究香烟烟雾对肺上皮的影响可从细胞水平或分子水平上揭示各种肺部疾病的发病机制,从而为疾病的预防和治疗奠定基础。
Cigarette smoke contains numerous harmful compounds , most of which have carcinogenic effects and can increase the risk of lung cancer.Numbers of studies have shown that cigarette smoking can induce apoptosis,oxidative stress,pro-inflammatory reactions,and so on,which becomes the major risk factor for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,and it can be seen that cigarette smoking has a direct impact on the lung function.Effects of cigarette smoke on lung epithelial cells can reveal the pathogenesis of a variety of lung diseases at the cellular level or molecular level ,thereby lay the foundation for the prevention and treat-ment of the diseases.
