摘要
目的探究分析已转移胰腺癌化疗患者精神状态,分析导致精神异常的相关因素,并给予有效的护理干预,为临床研究提供参考依据。方法选择2012年5月~2014年8月期间来我院治疗的40例已转移胰腺癌且接受化疗诊治患者组成实验组,调查患者发生精神异常的相关因素,采用SCL-90、SAS、SDS和CARES-SF对其进行精神心理状态和生命质量的追踪评估,并对患者行具有针对性的护理干预,并对干预结果进行分析。选择同期40例正常人群作为对照组。结果导致患者精神状态异常的因素主要有医疗费用高、缺乏对疾病完整的认识、担心生命安全、机体生理状况异常、并发症困扰、治疗环境陌生以及家属担忧、医患沟通少,比例最高的是担心生命安全,其次是医疗费用高;实验组患者的SCL-90、SAS、SDS和CARES-SF评分均明显高于正常人群,各个指标均具有明显差异性（P〈0.05）;经过有针对性的护理干预,实验组患者的心理健康状况以及生命质量均明显好转,焦虑、抑郁等精神情况明显改善,干预前后各个指标的评分均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论导致已转移胰腺癌化疗患者精神状态异常的因素较多,从而导致患者焦虑、抑郁以及生命质量下滑等不良精神状态的发生,给予患者针对性的护理干预,能够明显改善患者的心理健康状况以及生命质量,值得在临床上广泛推广。
Objective To explore the analysis of pancreatic cancer chemotherapy has been transferred mental status, analyze factors leading to mental disorders, and to give effective nursing interventions, provide a basis for participating in clinical research. Methods May 2013~2014 August to our hospital during the 40 cases have been transferred for treatment of pancreatic cancer patients receiving chemotherapy and experimental groups consisting of related factors in patients with mental disorders survey, using SCL-90, SAS, SDS CARES- SP and its psychological status and quality of life assessment tracking, and patient care line targeted interventions, and interventions were analyzed. Select the 40 cases of normal same period people as a control group. Results Patients with abnormal mental state leading to the main factors of high medical costs, a lack of complete understanding of the disease, fear for their lives, abnormal physiological condition of the body, complications troubled families worry unfamiliar environment and treatment, doctor- patient communication and less, the highest proportion is worried about the safety of life, followed by high medical costs; experimental group patients SCL-90, SAS, SDS and CARES-SF scores were significantlyhigher than the normal population, various indicators have significant differences （P〈0. 05）; through targeted of nursing intervention mental health and quality of life of patients in the experimental group were significantly improved, anxiety, depression and other mental conditions improved significantly, each index scores before and after the intervention were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.
