400目木粉筛选检测与图像形状特征描述

400 Mesh Wood Flour Screening Assays and Image Shape Characterization

摘要 高目数的超细木粉是提高木材利用价值的最优途径,是判断复合材料性能的重要标准。笔者采用图像处理技术对木粉目数进行测量,通过使用生物显微镜、CCD摄像机及计算机显示器分辨率显示出来的尺寸放大倍数,在对获得图像进行图像分割和边缘检测后,判断木粉样本的周长、面积等几何特征的像素值,比对已知目数木粉可知样本目数范围,从而确定了超细木粉目数。 Superfine flour high mesh is the best way to improve the use value of the wood and is an important criterion for judging the performance of composite materials. Authors of this paper measured wood flour mesh by using image processing technology. And by using biological microscope, CCD camera and computer display resolution displayed size of magnification. After obtaining image segmentation and edge detection, the pixel value of perimeter, area, and other geometric features of wood flour samples were judged. By comparing the known wood flour mesh, authors know the sample mesh range, so as to determine the superfine wood flour mesh.
