摘要
目的探讨优质护理服务在老年拇外翻患者护理过程中的作用,从而提高护理质量及老年人的生活质量。方法针对老年拇外翻患者症状特点,在围手术期采取优质护理服务模式,实施有效的心理护理,重点加强基础护理、预防并发症及康复护理。结果在治疗护理过程中,患者逐渐克服了焦虑恐惧等心理障碍,积极配合治疗,减少了并发症的发生,临床症状均明显缓解,无复发,无再次手术病例。结论优质护理服务可提高老年拇外翻患者满意度,促进患者功能恢复。
Objective To study the quality of nursing service in elderly patients with hallux valgus the role of the nursing process,improve the quality of care,so as to improve the quality of life of the elderly. Methods According to the characteristics of the elderly patients with hallux valgus perioperative adopt high quality nursing service mode,implement effective psychological nursing,focus on strengthening basic nursing care,prevention of complications and recovery. Results In the process of care,the patients gradually overcome the fear and anxiety psychological barriers,actively cooperate with treatment,reduce the complications and clinical symptoms were significantly ease,no recurrence,no cases of reoperation. Conclusion High quality nursing service can improve the old patients with hallux valgus satisfaction,promote patients functional recovery.
