摘要
新时期,中国提出了"丝绸之路经济带建设"的伟大战略构想。作为该战略的主要倡导者,中国要充分发挥和利用国际法的作用,并积极推动国际法体系的重构,努力构筑双边、区域、全球多层次的法律框架。在此过程中,应当摒弃其他大国崛起历史进程中狭隘的强国利益观,尊重各国的文化和利益需求的差异性,以各国和各国人民的共同利益为终极目标,推动公正、合理的国际法律新秩序的发展与完善,做一个坚定的守法者,并以自己的守法引领各国对国际法的普遍遵守,从而真正获得大国成长的合法性基础,成为国际体系中的"领袖型"国家,并最终实现中华民族伟大复兴的战略目标。
During new period,our country put forward the great strategy conception of the Silk Road Economic Belt Construction.As the main advocate of this strategy,China should take full use of international law and actively promote the reconstruction of international law system in order to build a legal framework at bilateral,regional and global multi- level.During this process,we should abandon the narrow interests of great power as the other great power did during rise of historical process,respect national culture and interest demand difference,take the common interests of all countries and their people as the ultimate goal,promote and improve international legal order,become a firm law abider,through their own law-abiding countries lead the universal adherence to international law so as to really get the legitimacy foundation of a great power growth in the international system,become a leader country,and ultimately to achieve the strategic objectives of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
