摘要
提出了一种计及电动汽车充放电负荷的分布式电压稳定监视和控制方法。在监视方面,利用带可变遗忘因子的递推最小二乘方法对时变戴维南等值电路参数进行辨识,更加准确地对本地电压稳定裕度进行评估。在控制方面,建立优化控制模型,在考虑电动汽车充放电约束的条件下,优先减载电动汽车充放电负荷,求解最大的电动汽车充放电负荷减载量。在发挥电动汽车负荷可充可放特性的基础上,减少传统负荷的减载量,减小控制代价,提高减载的可行性。利用IEEE39节点系统的算例验证了所提出的分布式电压稳定监视方法的准确性和计及电动汽车充放电负荷的电压控制方案的可行性。
This paper presents a method of distributed voltage stability monitoring and control considering electric vehicle charging and discharging the load. In terms of monitoring, variable forgetting factor recursive least squares method is used for time-varying Thevenin equivalent circuit parameters' identification, more accurate local voltage stability margin is evaluated. In terms of control, the optimal control model is established, the constraint of charge-discharge electric vehicle is considered, the load is shed prior, the largest amount of charge and discharge shed load is calculated, in this way, based on the charge and discharge characteristics, the amount of conventional reduction load can be reduced, the reduction control costs can be decreased and the control of load shedding can be more feasible. IEEE39 node system is used to show the accuracy of the proposed distributed voltage stability monitoring method and the feasibility of the proposed voltage stability control scheme considering charging and discharging electric vehicle load.
