摘要
以选煤厂高细泥含量的难浮煤泥为研究对象,选用4种不同的捕收剂,通过分步释放浮选试验、煤泥与不同捕收剂作用前后的接触角、润湿热和红外光谱的测定,研究了不同捕收剂对煤泥浮选捕收性能的影响,探讨了不同捕收剂与煤粒表面的作用机理。结果表明:四种捕收剂与煤泥作用的润湿热、接触角和可燃体回收率的大小都依次为1#、2#、3#和煤油,选用的4种捕收剂对煤泥浮选捕收性能由大到小依次为:1#捕收剂>2#捕收剂>3#捕收剂>煤油。红外光谱研究表明捕收剂与煤的作用为物理吸附,捕收剂中酯的>C=O基团有利于提高其捕收性能。
In this paper, four kinds of collectors were used in the flotation of difficuh floated coal slime with high content fine clay, and the related mechanism was analyzed. The progressive release experiment, contact goniometer, micro calorimeter and infrared spectroscopy were applied to study and compare the collector performance of the four different collectors, and the adsorption mechanism of coal and different collectors was discussed. The results indicate that the wetting heat, contact angle, combustible recovery and the flotation activity of the four collectors decrease in the order as follows: 1# collector 〉 2# collector 〉 3# collector 〉 kerosene collector. The infrared spectroscopy demonstrated that the role between collectors and coal can be considered as physical adsorption, the radical group 〉 C = O of collectors could increase its collector performance.
