棋盘井选煤厂浮选系统评价及优化 被引量:3

Evaluation and optimization of flotation system in Qipanjing Coal Preparation Plant

摘要 随着棋盘井选煤厂入选原煤煤质变差,浮选系统难以分选出合格精煤产品。为探究浮选系统存在的问题,采用小筛分、小浮沉、分步释放试验对浮选系统入料、精煤、尾煤进行分析和评价。采用实验室浮选机和浮选柱对一次和二次浮选进行优化研究,为改善煤泥浮选效果提供借鉴。该选煤厂一次浮选完善指标仅为18.88%,精煤产率为41.68%,灰分为11.95%,细粒级灰分较高、占比大,是造成浮选精煤灰分超标的主要原因。一次浮选中大量低灰煤粒在尾煤中损失,致使一次浮选尾煤灰分只有23.85%。将一次浮选尾煤进行二次浮选,二次浮选精煤产率为48.66%,灰分为14.43%,且各粒级均未得到有效分选,尾煤浮选中低灰煤泥损失较多,使其尾煤灰分仅为35.22%。选煤厂浮选系统难以分选出合格浮选精煤,且分选效率很低。针对选煤厂煤泥特性,开展了实验室浮选机和浮选柱优化试验,采用不同药剂对一次浮选入料进行浮选机试验,精煤灰分仍不合格,且尾煤灰分基本不超过40%。利用煤油和仲辛醇对二次浮选入料进行浮选机试验,精煤灰分偏高均在14%以上。而采用旋流微泡浮选柱可使一次浮选和二次浮选精煤灰分均达到指标要求,且一次浮选精煤产率可达75%,尾煤灰分在65%以上。因此,建议将原有浮选机替换为浮选柱,解决精煤灰分高、产率低的技术难题,且可带来经济效益。 With the gradual deterioration of the raw coal quality at the Qipanjing Coal Preparation Plant,it was sometimes difficult for the flotation system to separate the qualified concentration products.In order to explore the problems existing in the flotation system,small screening,small float-sink,and timed-release flotation tests were used to analyze and evaluate the feed,concentration,and tailings of the flotation system.The flotation machine and flotation column in the laboratory were used to optimize the first-stage and second-stage flotation,which provided certain guidance and assistance for improving the flotation performance of coal slime.For the first-stage,the flotation perfection index,the concentration yield and concentration ash content are only 18.88%,41.68%and 11.95%,respectively.The ash content of fine particles is relatively high and accounts for a large proportion,which is the main reason for the concentration ash content to exceed the standard.A large amount of low ash coal particles are lost in the tailings in first-stage flotation process,resulting in only 23.85%of the ash content of the flotation tailings.The tailings of the first-stage flotation are used as the feed of second-stage flotation.The concentration yield of the second-stage flotation is 48.66%and the ash content is 14.43%.The particle with various sizes are not effectively separated.More coal particles with low ash content are lost to the flotation tailings,making the tailings ash content only 35.22%.Thus,the flotation system of this plant is difficult to separate the concentration products with the qualified ash content,and the separating efficiency is very low.According to the characteristics of the coal slime in this plant,the flotation machine and flotation column optimization tests in the laboratory were carried out.The first-stage flotation feed was used for the flotation machine tests by the different reagents.The concentration ash content was still unqualified,and the ash content of the tailings basically did not exceed 40%.Th
