摘要
运用矿用便携式测振记录仪对石家庄煤矿机械厂生产的EBH300型掘进机回转台实时工作状态下的振动加速度信号进行采集,并对采集到的振动加速度信号进行了时域、频域和能量分析。然后对分析结果进行对比总结,得出了EBH300型掘进机回转台工作状态的振动特性和频带能量分布情况。实验不仅得到了第一手的掘进机振动信号资料,还为掘进机回转台的故障诊断提供了依据,并为其优化设计提供了重要数据支持。
The vibration acceleration signal of rotary table of EBH300 roadheader under real - time working state was collected, using the portable vibration recorder developed by China University of Mining and Technology ( Beijing), the time domain, frequency domain and energy of the signal were analyzed. And the analysis result was concluded, the vibration characteristics and the frequency - band energy distribution of the rotary table were obtained. The study not only obtained the first hand vibration signal data, provided basis for the fault diagnosis of roadheader rotary table, and data support for its optimization.
