摘要
利用有限元分析技术对回转台的设计结构进行计算,研究回转台受载最恶劣的工况,得到详细准确的应力分布,充分反映了回转台的受力特点。在此基础上,对回转台的结构设计进行强度校核,并对回转台结构进行优化。
The structure of boom roadheader' s slewing table was analysed by FEM, the detail stress distribution was gotten under the most dangerous circumstance, this indicate the characteristic of stress of slewing table. On the base of this, it verify the strength of initial design, and optimize the weak area of boom roaclheader' s slewing table
