摘要
为了研究掘进机星轮的振动特性,采用有限元方法对掘进机星轮进行模态分析。通过分析掘进机星轮装载机构的受力情况,得到施加在星轮上的载荷;在Pro/E中建立星轮的三维实体图,导入ANSYS进行网格划分、加载、求解,得到星轮前5阶固有频率和振型,为进一步对星轮进行动力学分析奠定了基础。
For researched the vibration behavior of star wheel of roadheader, the modal analysis of star wheel was analysed by FEM. The load of star wheel was gotten through analysed the force condition of star wheel, 3D entities picture of star wheel was set up in Pro/E, which was meshed ,loaded and solved by introducing into ANSYS. The first five orders natural frequency and mode shapes were gotten. The foundation of further dynamics analysis of star wheel was offered.
