基于DEFORM的螺旋锥齿轮锻造过程数值模拟

摘要 运用DEFORM软件对螺旋锥齿轮的热锻压过程进行数值模拟,建立包含齿轮毛坯和上下模的数值模拟模型,通过观察分析齿轮毛坯热锻压过程中应力、应变的分布变化,得到材料流动受阻后可能出现的开裂或重叠以及工件流动过程中应力、应变的分布情况。这对螺旋锥齿轮热锻压在实际生产中的运用具有深远的意义,为锻压工艺设计提供了较好的指导作用。 The finite element software DEFORM-3D is used to simulate the forging process of spiral bevel gear,establish simulation models of gear blank,top and bottom die,the change of stress,strain and temperature in forging process is observed and analyzed.The result can reveal the potential cracking or overlap when material flow is blocked,the stress, strain, strain rate and temperature change among which partial cold hardening, stress concentration, high stress gradient, contact force of module can serve as controlling factors to improve the quality of finished products. The application is significant to guide the design of process flow on forging.
