摘要
通过对建筑材料全寿命周期成本效益的分析,采用技术经济综合评价方法,紧扣外墙节能材料的环保性、适用性、经济性、耐久性和使用舒适性,构建建筑外墙节能材料适用评价指标体系,并以华中地区常用外墙保温材料为例进行实证分析,为基于全寿命周期经济评价的外墙节能材料优选提供参考。
Established a LCA-based evaluation system including the evaluation index and evaluation model for energy-saving materials of exterior walls,focusing on its ecology,applicability,economy,durability and comfortableness,with analysis of cost-benefit and comprehensive evaluation.An empirical study was carried out through some typical exterior walls energy-saving materials of the residential projects and proved that the evaluation method is effective.
