低碳水化合物饮食干预对肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者受孕率的作用 被引量:12

Effect of low-carbohydrate dietary intervention on pregnancy rate of patients with obesity-type polycystic ovary syndrome

摘要 目的研究低碳水化合物饮食营养干预对肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者受孕率的作用。方法随机选取郑州大学第三附属医院就诊低血糖负荷饮食干预的肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者80例为试验组,1∶1匹配未经饮食干预的患者为对照组,12周为1个疗程,1个疗程后分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果试验组干预后BMI为(23.9±3.1)kg/m2,对照组为(29.1±4.5)kg/m2,两组变化差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);饮食干预后试验组受孕12例与对照组0例差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论低碳水化合物饮食干预可有效降低肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者的体重,并有助于提升患者受孕率。 Objective To research the effect of low- carbohydrate dietary intervention on pregnancy rate of patients with obesity-type polycystic ovary syndrome( PCOS). Methods Eighty patients with obesity- type PCOS receiving low- carbohydrate dietary intervention in the hospital were randomly selected as experimental group,eighty patients with obesity- type PCOS not receiving dietary intervention in the hospital were selected as control group; one course of treatment included 12 weeks,after one course of treatment,the curative effects in the two groups were analyzed. Results After intervention,body mass index( BMI) in experimental group was( 23. 9 ± 3. 1) kg / m2,BMI in control group was( 29. 1 ± 4. 5) kg / m2,there was statistically significant difference in the change of BMI between the two groups( P〈0. 01); after dietary intervention,12 patients in experimental group got pregnancy,no one in control group got pregnancy,there was statistically significant difference between the two groups( P〈0. 01). Conclusion Low- carbohydrate dietary intervention can effectively lose weight and increase pregnancy rate of patients with obesity- type PCOS.
