超高分子量聚DL-乳酸可吸收骨折内固定系统治疗下颌骨骨折的实验研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的 :观察超高分子量聚DL_乳酸 (PDLLA)骨折内固定系统治疗犬下颌骨骨折的疗效及安全性。方法 :采用超高分子量PDLLA骨折内固定系统对犬下颌骨骨折进行内固定。在术后 1年内 ,观察其活体状况、大体解剖学形态、下颌骨折区处X线片表现、组织病理学变化。结果 :超高分子量PDLLA骨折固定系统用于治疗犬下颌骨骨折具有机械强度高、固定效果可靠等优点 ,与金属内固定系统的疗效相似。而且PDLLA降解、吸收速度适中 ,生物相容性良好 ,既能保证骨折的正常愈合 ,又避免了金属接骨板的应力遮挡效应。结论 Objective:The purpose of this study was to evaluate the safety and therapy effects of super_high molecular weight poly_DL_lactic acid (PDLLA) internal fracture_fixing system on the treatment of mandible fracture in dogs.Methods: The authors treated dogs′ mandible fracture with super_high molecular weight polylactic acid internal fracture_fixing system and observed the activity of these dogs. In 1, 3, 6, 12 months after the operation, the authors took the specimens out from dogs and evaluated with anatomical, pathological and radiographic methods.Results: The therapeutic effects of super_high molecular weight PDLLA internal fracture_fixing system are similar with that of stainless steel internal fracture_fixing systems.Conclusion: Super_high molecular weight PDLLA internal fracture_fixing system can be used in the treatment of mandible fracture.\;
