摘要
目的分析人文关怀护理对术前焦虑患者的影响。方法选择2013年2月～2015年2月我院收治的100例需要实施手术治疗的患者作为研究对象，根据不同护理方法把100例患者分为两组，其中50例设定为对照组给予常规护理，另50例患者设定为观察组给予人文关怀护理，对比两组患者手术前后的血压和心率变化，焦虑水平变化。结果观察组焦虑水平优于对照组，观察组血压和心率情况优于对照组，两组对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论应用人文关怀护理，可以有效稳定手术前患者的血压与心率，还能减少患者焦虑等不良心理情绪变化，利于手术取得理想治疗效果和术后康复。
Objective To analysis the influence of humanistic care nursing in patients with preoperative anxiety. Methods 100 patients who need operation treatment were chosen as the research object in February 2013 to February 2015 in our hospital, according to the different nursing methods of 100 patients were divided into two groups, which set the 50 cases as control group given routine care, another set of 50 cases in observation group was given humanism care, compared two groups of patients with surgery before and after the change of blood pressure and heart rate, anxiety level changes. Results The anxiety level of observation group was obviously better than control group, blood pressure and heart rate of observation group was obviously better than the control group, two groups compared significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of humanistic nursing care, can effective stable before the operation, the patient＇s blood pressure and heart rate can also reduce patients＇ anxiety and other adverse psychological mood changes, to obtain ideal results to surgery and postoperative rehabilitation.
