摘要
本文首先分析了交通与土地使用和建筑的关系,指出交通对建筑设计或建筑物空间布局对交通的作用,并结合案例探讨了城市建筑物建设选址、公共交通可达性与建筑规模的关系,进而提出城市交通建筑和空间设计应避免交通与建筑、交通与城市用地开发互为边界的范式,利用空间和网络的连接关系可以创造出更有价值的城市空间。本文也同时提出在规划设计和建筑设计之间增加步行空间环境整合设计的必要性。
The relationship of building, land use and transport is analyzed in the beginning of this paper. This paper points out the interaction between transport and building design. Based on cases, this paper also discusses the relationships among urban building site selection, public transport accessibility and building scale. Thus, this paper suggests avoiding the paradigm of pre-defined and isolated boundary in urban transport planning, building and urban design. It suggests to build more resilient and valuable urban using the connections and networks of urban transport. Meanwhile, this paper analyses the importance of integrated pedestrian environment design in between planning design and building design.
