摘要
以香港新鸿基集团的大型城市综合体上海国金中心为起点,从业主视角出发,介绍在项目开发中是如何注重吸引跨地块步行人流的设计理念,即充分考虑从小陆家嘴步行系统立体接入自身地块的方式,从而实现商业利益倍增与多方共赢的市场效应。同时,针对立体接入中最为困难的过街通道工程,重点阐述选用非开挖矩形顶管法,实现在小陆家嘴密集商业环境中实施地下工程的"微"干扰过程。
From the view of a developer, namely SHK, an urban planning intuition is pursued that more pedestrian induced from surroundings more profits can be expected. Thus, its latest project Shanghai IFC finds kinds of connections to regional 3D pedestrian system. Among these connections, the most hard one, an underground tuunel is introduced, which features a large section rectangular pipe jacking method. As a proper method, it keeps IFC and its surroundings running away from light disturbance even during the construction.
