摘要
村镇公共服务设施的合理配置是改善居民生活条件、缩小城乡差距及实现村镇绿色化发展的重要途径。严寒地区村镇的气候条件及生产生活方式造成了公共服务设施供给和需求的特殊性。研究通过对大量典型村镇的实地调查,从解析公共服务设施供给的问题入手,在探讨严寒地区村镇公共服务设施供需差距与影响因素的基础上,考虑地域差异,转变规划思路,提出公共服务设施的配置与布局、建设与管理等方面的方法和建议。
Public service facilities are important in improving rural life standard and green town and vilage development. Climate conditions afect public service facilities conifguration. The paper makes ifeld survey of a large number of towns and vilages, studies the gap between demand and supply and impact factors, raises conifguration and layout improvement suggestions of public service facilities.
