摘要 输入蛋白(importin)是一类广泛分布于真核生物、相对保守的,将胞质内的转录因子、剪接因子、核糖体蛋白和病毒衣壳蛋白等通过核孔复合体运输到核内的蛋白。Importin由α和β两个亚基构成,每个亚基又包含多个成员。研究表明,importin与再生、肿瘤、阿尔茨海默病、口蹄疫病等及其他疾病的发生紧密相关。该文就importin的基因结构、蛋白结构、功能以及与生理和病理活动的相关性等方面的研究进展进行简要总结。 Importin is a class of conserved protein family that widely exists in eukaryotic organisms. The functions of importin are involved in the transport of cargo proteins including transcription factor, splicing factor, ribosomal protein and others into nuclei through nuclear pore complex. Importin contains subunit alpha and beta family, each has multiple members. Studies indicated that importin had significant relationship with the formation and development of regeneration, cancer, Alzheimer's disease, foot and mouth disease and other diseases. This review focuses on the recent progress in the structure, functions of importin and the correlation with physiological and pathological activities.
