精氨酸琥珀酸合酶的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 精氨酸琥珀酸合酶(Ass1)是生成精氨酸的限速酶。精氨酸又可通过多种代谢途径生成尿素和NO。因此,Ass1又是生成尿素和NO的关键酶。根据精氨酸的代谢途径不同,Ass1在组织中定位和表达水平也不同。Ass1及其催化产生的多种代谢物可调节机体的生理和病理活动。本文根据Ass1在不同组织中定位、表达调节及生理和病理功能等方面的研究进展作一简要介绍。
