摘要
目的 探讨Brandt-Daroff康复练习对23例水平半规管良性阵发性位置性眩晕患者的疗效。方法 选取2007年3月~2013年12月间23例水平半规管良性阵发性位置性眩晕患者,包括2例主观性良性阵发性位置性眩晕和21例客观性水平半规管良性阵发性位置性眩晕患者,嘱患者进行Brandt-Daroff练习。结果 23例患者练习1周后,痊愈12例,9例症状减轻,2例无效;2周后复诊,痊愈17例,5例症状明显减轻,1例无效。结论 Brandt-Daroff康复练习治疗水平半规管良性阵发性位置性眩晕取得良好的疗效。
Objective To explore the treatment of Brandt-Daroff exercises on horizontal semicircular canal benign paroxysmal positional vertigo（HC-BPPV）. Methods The clinical data of 23 cases of HC--BPPV,include 2 cases of subjective horizontal canal benign paroxysmal positional vertigo and 21 cases of objective horizontal canal benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, with Brandt-Daroff exercises from March 2007 to December 2013 were analyzed retrospectively. Results After do- ing the exercises for 1 week, 12 cases were cured, syptom of 9 cases were reIieved significantly,2 cases were invalid.After 2 weeks,17 cases were cured, syptom of 5 cases were reIieved significantly,and 1 case was invalid. Conclusion Brandt-Daroff exercises was a good method for the horizontal semicircular canal benign paroxysmal positional vertigo cases.
