摘要
目的:探讨加味楂曲饮治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效及对血清转化生长因子β1(transforming growth factor beta1,TGF-β1)、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)水平影响。方法:将80例非酒精性脂肪肝患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组,每组各40例。治疗组口服加味楂曲饮治疗;对照组口服复方甘草酸苷片,每次2片,每天3次,疗程为6周。治疗后测定两组患者的临床疗效,血清谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、谷氨酰转肽酶、TGF-β1及SOD水平变化。结果:两组患者临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者血清谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、谷氨酰转肽酶水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者血清TGF-β1明显降低,血清SOD水平升高,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味楂曲饮可显著改善非酒精性脂肪肝患者肝功能,延缓肝脏组织学病变进展,其作用机制可能与其降低血清TGF-β1、升高SOD水平而发挥抗氧化、抗炎保肝作用有关。
Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of modified Zha Qu Yin on the treatment of non alcoholia fatty liver and the level of TGF-β1 and SOD.Methods：80 cases of nonalcoholic fatty liver patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group.Treatment group were treated with modified Zha Qu Yin treatment and the control group were treated with Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets,2 tablets each time,3 times a day,treatment for 6 weeks.Then test the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients after treatment,the changes of serum alanin transaminase,glutamic-oxalacetic transaminase,glutamyltranspetidase, TGF beta 1 and SOD level.Results：Compared the clinical curative effect of two groups,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）.Compared the serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase,aspartate transaminase and glutamic acid amide turn peptide enzyme levels, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）.The serum TGF beta 1 of patients in the treatment that group decreased signifi-cantly,the level of SOD increased,compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion：Modified Zha Qu Yin can significantly improve the non alcohol fatty liver patient liver function,delaying liver histological lesion progres-sion,its mechanism may be related to the decreased serum level of TGF beta 1 ,increased SOD levels exert antioxidant,anti-inflammato-ry and hepatoprotective activities.
