摘要
目的:观察电针夹脊穴结合中频理疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:选取腰椎间盘突出症患者90例,随机分为电针夹脊穴组、中频理疗组和综合组各30例。电针夹脊穴组给予电针夹脊穴治疗,中频理疗组给予中频理疗治疗,综合组给予电针夹脊穴结合中频理疗治疗。结果:治疗后,综合组JOA评分明显优于电针夹脊穴组和中频理疗组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);综合组有效率为89.29%,电针夹脊穴组有效率为80.77%,中频理疗组有效率为60%,综合组优于电针夹脊穴组、中频理疗组(P<0.05)。结论:电针夹脊穴结合中频理疗治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著。
Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture on Jiaji（ EX-B2） with electrical stimulation in combination with mid-frequency physical therapy on prolapsed lumbar intervertebral. Methods： Ninety patients with prolapsed lumbar intervertebral were randomly divided into the group of acupuncture on Jiaji（ EX-B2） with electrical stimulation,the group of midfrequency physical therapy and the comprehensive group,with 30 cases in each group. The patients in the group of acupuncture on Jiaji（ EX-B2） with electrical stimulation were given acupuncture on Jiaji（ EX-B2） with electrical stimulation; The ones in the group of mid-frequency physical therapy were given mid-frequency physical treatment; The ones in the comprehensive group were given both acupuncture on Jiaji（ EX-B2） with electrical stimulation in combination with mid-frequency physical therapy. Results：After the treatment,the JOA score of the comprehensive group was much better than that of the group of acupuncture on Jiaji（ EX-B2） with electrical stimulation and that of the group of mid-frequency physical therapy. And the differences between them had statistical meaning（ P 〈0. 05）. The effective rate of the comprehensive group was 89. 29%,while that of the group of acupuncture on Jiaji（ EX-B2） with electrical stimulation and that of the group of mid-frequency physical therapy was 80. 77% and60% respectively. The comprehensive group was better than the group of acupuncture on Jiaji（ EX-B2） with electrical stimulation and the group of mid-frequency physical therapy（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture on Jiaji（ EX-B2） with electrical stimulation in combination with mid-frequency physical therapy has good clinical curative effect on prolapsed lumbar intervertebral.
