摘要
目的:观察靳三针疗法治疗项背肌筋膜炎的疗效。方法:选取颈背肌筋膜炎的患者60例。治疗组30例予以靳三针针刺治疗,对照组30例采用中频理疗的方法治疗,1次/d,5次/周,1周为1个疗程,1个疗程前后组间疗效比较分析。结果:总体疗效比较,治疗组总有效率为90.0%;对照组73.3%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:靳三针疗法治疗颈背肌筋膜炎效果确切。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect that treat l cervical back muscle fasciitis with Jin＇s 3-Needle.Methods： Randomized,controlled and single-blinded design was applied in this study.A total of 60 patients from two departments of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of TCM were randomly divided into observation group（Jin＇s 3-Needle group）（30 cases） and controlling group（physiotherapy group）（30 cases）.Two groups were treated with a period of five times per week for one week.Results： The statistical difference in the total effective rate was significant in the observation group（90%）and control group（75%）,P0.05.Conclusion： This study shows that Jin＇s 3-Needle treatment of Cervical back muscle fasciitis is significantly effective.it is worth of applying in clinical practice.
