摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗帕金森病的临床疗效。方法:将286例帕金森病病患者随机分为观察组及对照组,每组各143例。对照组给予卡左双多巴治疗,观察组在此基础上加用止颤汤。结果:观察组末次随访时开期时间显著高于对照组,其关期时间、异动时间显著低于后者(P<0.05),两组患者起效时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者自用药4周后UPDRS IV、HAMD评分均显著下降(P<0.05),用药4周后时点两组患者评分无明显统计学差异(P>0.05),自用药8周后时点起,观察组UPDRS IV、HAMD评分均显著低于对照组;观察组用药期间共发现不良反应频次179次,对照组184例,两组患者不良反应发生频次比较,无明显统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗帕金森病缓解患者临床症状、改善其生活质量的作用,且具有良好的安全性。
Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of therapy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on parkinsonism. Methods： Two hundred and eighty-six patients with parkinsonism were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 143 in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with Ka Zuo Shuang Duo Ba（ KZSDB）,while the ones in the observation group were added Zhichan Decoction（ ZCD） on the basic treatment of the control group. Results： The last follow-up opening time of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,but its closing time and abnormal time were significantly lower than those of the control group（ P 〈0. 05）; In terms of the effect time,the difference between the two groups had no statistical meaning（ P 〉0. 05）. After 4 weeks＇ treatment,UPDRS IV and HAMD score in both groups were significantly declined（ P 〈0. 05）; In terms of time point,the difference between the two groups had no statistical meaning（ P 〉0. 05）. Since 8 weeks＇ time point of treatment,UPDRS IV and HAMD score in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group. During medication period,there were 179 times of adverse reactions in the observation group,and 184 times in the control group; The difference in frequency of adverse reactions between the two groups had no significant statistical meaning（ P 〉0. 05）. Conclusion： Therapy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on parkinsonism can relieve patients＇ clinical symptoms,improve their life quality and have great safety.
