摘要
本文旨在研究不同束缚方式对新扬州鸡行为、产蛋性能及血清生化指标的影响。选用健康的36周龄新扬州鸡72只,随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复8只,3个处理组分别为对照组、单翅束缚组和全身束缚组,室外饲养,每个重复随机选取1只鸡用于行为观察。然后将试验鸡进行单笼饲养,以重复为单位,统计采食量和产蛋数。随后,另选同类同批次试验鸡30只,随机分为3组,每组10只,3个处理组分别为对照组、单翅束缚组和全身束缚组,处理1 h后,采用翅静脉采血,测定血清相关指标。结果表明:1单翅束缚组与对照组各行为次数差异均不显著(P>0.05),全身束缚组修饰行为和反抗行为次数显著多于对照组(P<0.05),被攻击行为次数显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。全身束缚组刻板行为和反抗行为次数显著高于单翅束缚组(P<0.05)。全身束缚组摄取行为、觅食行为和修饰行为次数显著低于单翅束缚组(P<0.05)。2单翅束缚组和对照组间每天采食量、周采食量和周产蛋数差异均不显著(P>0.05)。全身束缚组周采食量和周产蛋数显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。全身束缚组周采食量和周产蛋数显著低于单翅束缚组(P<0.05)。3束缚方式对鸡血清生化指标的影响未达到差异显著水平(P>0.05)。由此可知,束缚翅膀不影响新扬州鸡行为表达、采食、产蛋和血清生化指标,束缚全身影响新扬州鸡行为表达,降低了新扬州鸡采食量和产蛋数。因此,束缚翅膀可应用于果林下养鸡。
To study the effects of different bondage methods on behavior,laying performance and serum biochemical indexes of new Yangzhou chicken,72 36-week-age new Yangzhou chickens were divided into 3 groups with 3 replicates per group and 8 birds in each replicate. Three groups were control group,one wing bondage group and full body bondage group,respectively. The hens were fed in outdoor. One hen from each replicate was selected randomly for behavioural observation. Then the hens were fed in a single cage. The feed intake and egg production were calculated. The other thirty new Yangzhou hens were divided into 3 groups with 10 birds in each group. 3 groups were also control group,one wing bondage group and full body bondage group. When hens were bound after 1 hours,the blood was collected and the related indexes of serum were measured. The results showed as follows：There were no significant difference in behavior between one wing bondage group and control group（P〉0.05）. The decoration behavior and resistance behavior of full body bondage group were significantly more than control group（P〈0.05）. The aggressive behavior were significantly less than control group（P〈0.05）. The stereotyped behavior and resistance behavior of full body bondage group were significantly more than one wing bondage group（P〈0.05）. The ingestion behavior,feeding behavior,decoration behavior were significantly less than one wing bondage group（P〈0.05）. There were no significant difference in daily feed intake,weekly feed intake and weekly egg production between one wing bondage group and control group（P〉0.05）. The weekly feed intake and egg production in full body bondage group was significantly less than control group and one wing bondage group（P〈0.05）. There were no significant difference in serum biochemical indexes among 3 groups（P〉0.05）.
