摘要
痴呆是一种严重影响人类健康的疾病,如何防治痴呆已成为医学界的研究热点。临床及实验研究提示,抑肝散可以改善痴呆患者的行为心理学症状,同时其作用机制多样。本文综述了抑肝散治疗痴呆的临床及实验现状,为进一步合理开发和利用抑肝散提供理论依据。
Dementia has affected health severally, and the preventions and treatments of dementia have attracted common attention recently. Yigansan is effective for the behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia patients through various mechanisms in both pre-clinical and clinical studies. In this review, the latest clinic and experimental studies on dementia treatment of Yigansan are illustrated, which provides a theoretical basis for further development and utilization of Yigansan.
