摘要
阿尔茨海默病归属于中医痴呆的范畴中,以往历代医家认为痴呆因肾精失养,脑髓空虚为本,治疗多从肾,脾,心三脏入手,鲜有提及从肝论治。该文浅谈肝与阿尔茨海默病的关系,阐述从肝论治阿尔茨海默病的理论基础,为中医临床更加有效的治疗阿尔茨海默病提供参考。
Alzheimer＇s disease belongs to dementia in the past. The past physicians believe that dementia is due to kidney essence deficiency and brain emptiness,usually treated from kidney,spleen,heart,but hardly mention treatment from liver. This article discusses the relationship between liver and Alzheimer＇ s disease,expounds the theoretical basis of treatment of Alzheimer＇ s disease from liver,and provides a reference for more effective treatment of Alzheimer＇s disease.
