摘要
目的观察复方透骨草溶液浸泡治疗角化过度型足癣的临床疗效。方法采用随机对照法观察72例复方透骨草溶液(中药组)与72例特比萘芬软膏(西药组)治疗角化过度型足癣的临床疗效,以及复方透骨草溶液对皮肤癣菌的抗菌活性。结果用药2周后中药组的痊愈率、有效率与西药组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);真菌清除率中药组58%,西药组60%,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。中药组对临床常见皮肤癣菌的体外药敏MIC值为12.5%。中药组发生烧灼感1例次,未经任何处理自行缓解。结论复方透骨草溶液浸泡治疗角化过度型足癣有效,具有良好的安全性。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of compound Tougucao solution in treating keratotic tinea pedis. Methods 72 cases of compound Tougucao solution （Chinese medicine group） and 72 cases of terbinafin ointment （Western medicine group）, and the anti-bacterial activity of Chinese medicine group against dermatophytes were observed by a randomized controlled clinical trial. Results The fully recovery ratios and effective ratios of Chinese medicine group after treatment for 2 weeks were compared with the Western medicine group, there was no statistically significance （P〉0.05）; The fungus eradication rate of Chinese medicine group was 58%, and the Western medicine group was 60%, there was no statistically significance （P〉0.05）. The vitro MICs of traditional medicine against dermatophytes was 12.5%. A case of burning sensation occurred in Chinese medicine group and was self-healing without treatment. Conclusion The compound Tougucao solution was highly safe and effective in treatment of keratotic tinea pedis.
