摘要
结合虎门二桥项目的具体建设条件,针对本项目引桥桥梁长、软基深厚、桥墩高、墩高变化范围较大等特点,根据墩高选择跨径,按照项目工况选择节段拼装法作为施工方案。节段预制采用短线法,拼装选用悬臂和逐跨拼装两种方式。项目设计对施工方案深入细致的优化比选为项目的安全、快速、高质量施工创造了条件。
With the specific construction conditions of Bridge Two of Humen, such as the approach of the bridge being long, the soft foundation of the bridge being deep,the piers of the bridge being tall, the changing range of the height of the pier being large and other factors, taken into account, the spanning width is chosen according to the height of the pier, and the segment assembly method is chosen as the construction scheme in the light of the construction conditions of the project. The pre-casting of the segments is performed by means of the short-line method. The assembly and erection of the beam are performed by both the cantilever assembly method and the span-by-span erection method. The design of the project helps deepen the optimization of the construction scheme and thus creates very good conditions for the safe, quick and high-quality construction of the project.
