摘要
本研究探讨大学生完美主义、自尊和社会适应的关系。采用随机取样的方法,选取285名大学生作为研究调查对象,以大学生社会适应量表、中文Frost多维度完美主义量表和Rosenberg自尊量表为测量工具,通过对有效数据进行统计分析得出以下结论:1.社会适应、自尊与积极完美主义呈显著正相关,与消极完美主义呈显著负相关;自尊与社会适应呈显著正相关;2.大学生自尊与完美主义水平对社会适应水平有显著的预测作用;3.自尊在完美主义和社会适应之间起部分中介作用。
The study investigated 285 college students＇ perfectionism,self- esteem and social adaptation by scales（ Social Adaption Scale,Frost Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale,Self- Esteem Scale,SES）,and the relationship among the three variables. The result indicated： social adaptation and self- esteem showed significant positive correlation with positive perfectionism,and significant negative correlation with negative perfectionism; self-esteem and social adaptation correlated positively. College students＇ self- esteem and perfectionism levels are significant predictors of social adaptation; Self- esteem played a partial mediating role between perfectionism and social adaptation.
