摘要
目的 探讨对难置胃管患者使用自制酸梅冰棍冷酸刺激咽喉法联合咽喉部触摸法留置胃管的可行性和有效性.方法 选择因吞咽功能明显下降需置胃管或长期使用胃管导致吞咽功能减退、唾液分泌减少的患者及常规置管出现剧烈呛咳、恶心、呕吐操作不能成功患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例.对照组采用传统置入胃管法,观察组采用自制酸梅冰棍冷酸刺激咽喉法联合咽喉部触摸法留置胃管.比较两组效果.结果 观察组一次置管成功率为96.7％,平均置管时间为（1.4±1.1）min,明显优于传统方法,而不良反应明显少于传统留置胃管法,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 自制酸梅冰棍冷酸刺激咽喉法联合咽喉部触摸法留置胃管可有效减轻患者的不良反应,提高一次置管成功率,缩短置管时间,减轻患者痛苦,促进患者疾病康复.
Objective To explore the feasibility of sour plum popsicles cold and acid stimulation on throat combined with throat touching method in hard stomach tube placement.Methods 60 patients who needed to receive stomach tube placement because of obviously declined swallowing function,whose swallowing function and salivary secretion declined because of long-term usage of stomach tube,or who had severe choking cough,nausea,emesis during conventional stomach tube placement were selected,and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases in each group.Control group received conventional stomach tube placement,while observation group received stomach tube placement with the methods of sour plum popsicles cold and acid stimulation on throat combined with throat touching method.Compared the results of two groups.Results The success rate of once tube placement in observation group was 96.7％,the average time of tube placement was （1.4±1.1） min,superior to traditional method;the rate of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in traditional method of indwelling gastric tube,with statistically significant difference （P＜0.05）.Conclusion Stomach tube placement with the methods of homemade sour plum popsicles cold and acid stimulation on throat combined with throat touching method can effectively alleviate adverse reactions of patients,improve the success rate of once tube placement,shorten the tube placement time,relieve patients＇ pain,promote patients＇ recovery.
