摘要
目的比较经口气管插管状态下口插胃管与鼻插胃管的临床效果。方法将 190例气管插管患者随机分为A、B两组。两种插胃管方法从平均置管时间、恶心发生率及一次置管成功率三方面进行比较。结果口插胃管法优于鼻插胃管法 ,两组间差异有显著意义。结论在经口气管插管状态下口插胃管法优于鼻插胃管法。
Objective To compare the clinical effect of gastric tuber inserting under the condition of trachea insertion with gastric tuber through nose.Method 190 cases of patients with trachea insertion were randomly divided into A and B group,the two group undertaker gastric tuber inserting by different way.The mean insertion tinme,incidence of nausea and success rate of once insertion for the two group were compared.Results gastric tuber insertion by mouth is better than that of by nose.There are significant differences between the two groups.Conclusion The gastric tuber inserting by mouth under the condition of trachea insertion is better than that of through nose.
