摘要
随着农村人口老龄化的加剧,农村养老问题日益严重,养老服务产品供不应求。为了解决农村养老服务产品的短缺问题,寻求政府与市场、非营利组织等力量的合作供给模式,在对养老服务产品分类的基础上,应该构建农村养老服务产品的合作供给网络,合作供给中要确立合作的理念,保证供给能力,明确责任归属,防范供给过程中可能出现的问题并给出对策。
