三种材料在排龈技术下修复龈下楔状缺损的临床疗效比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的比较玻璃离子水门汀(GIC)、光固化复合树脂(VOCO)和加强型流动树脂(BF)在排龈技术下修复龈下楔状缺损的临床疗效。方法选取2012年至2013年在我科进行充填治疗的224例(共312颗患牙)龈下楔状缺损患者为研究对象,随机分成三组,分别使用GIC充填(105颗)、VOCO充填(103颗)、BF充填(104颗)。比较三组患者一年后的临床疗效。结果充填治疗12个月后检查,BF组患者的成功率(95.2%)高于VOCO组(87.4%)和GIC组(82.9%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论修复一年后,加强型光固化流动树脂在排龈技术下修复龈下楔状缺损的临床疗效明显优于玻璃离子水门汀和光固化复合树脂。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of glass ionomer cement(GIC), light-cured composite resin(VOCO) and light-cured flowable resin(BF) on the restoration of subgingival wedge-shaped defect with gingival retraction. Methods 224 cases(312teeth) of patients with subgingival wedge-shaped defect treated in our department from 2012 to 2013 were selected and randomly divided into GIC group(105 teeth), VOCO group(103 teeth) and BF group(104 teeth). All patients were followed-up for 1 years and the clinical effect were compared. Results The successful rate of BF group after 1 year of the treatment was 95.2%, significantly higher than 87.4%of VOCO group and 82.9% of GIC group, the difference was statistical(P〈0.05). Conclusions BF has better effect than GIC and VOCO in the treatment of subgingival wedge-shaped defect with gingival retraction.
