摘要
[目的]调查公立与私立医院护士职业价值观现状,探讨其各自影响因素,对比其异同。[方法]方便抽样法选取武汉市4所公立和私立医院共135名临床护士,采用职业价值观问卷调查,对数据进行统计学描述分析。[结果]公立医院和私立医院护士在情感型价值观上的得分最高;公立医院护士物质型价值观得分高于私立医院护士(P<0.05)。影响公立医院护士职业价值观的因素为工作年限、职称(P<0.05),工作年限越高,职称越高,得分越高;影响私立医院护士职业价值观的因素为文化程度(P<0.05),文化程度越高,得分越低。[结论]公立医院护士更认同物质型价值观,私立医院的护士更重视自我价值。
Objective：To investigate the status quo of occupational values of nurses in public hospitals and private hospitals and probe into the influencing factors and compare their difference between public hospital and private hospitals.Methods：A total of 135 clinical nurses were selected from 4 public and private hospitals in Wuhan city by using the convenience sampling method.The questionnaire survey was used,and the data were statistically analyzed.Results：Public and private hospitals nurses scored the highest in the affective values;the material type values of nurses in public hospitals had higher scores than that of private hospital nurses （P 〈0.05）.The influ-encing factors of occupational values of nurses in public hospitals were working years and title（P 〈0.05）：the longer working years,the higher score;the higher title,the higher score.The influencing factor of occupational values of nurses in private hospitals was education level （P 〈0.05）：the higher education level was,the lower the score was.Conclusion：Nurses in public hospitals are more concerned with the material values,and the nurses in private hospitals pay more attention to their own values.
