摘要
目的探讨高龄食管癌合并糖尿病患者行胸腹腔镜手术围术期营养支持的方法与效果。方法便利抽样法选择2013年1月至2014年12月在某三级甲等医院接受胸腹腔镜手术治疗的高龄食管癌合并糖尿病患者100例,按入院先后将其分为观察组和对照组各50例,分别给予早期肠内营养(enteral nutrition,EN)和静脉营养,观察并比较两组患者术后胃肠功能恢复时间、营养支持相关并发症的发生情况、营养支持费用及与营养状况相关的指标。结果观察组患者术后胃肠功能恢复时间、营养支持费用及营养支持相关并发症的发生率均少于或低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论围术期的营养支持可以明显改善食管癌合并糖尿病患者的营养状况,早期EN能够减少营养支持相关并发症的发生,减轻患者的经济负担。
Objective To discuss the nutrition support method and effect of elderly patients with esophage- al carcinoma combined with diabetes underwent thoracoscopy.Methods Totally 100 cases of elderly esophageal cancer patients with diabetes mellitus from January 2013 to December 2014 were selected, and equally divided into observation group and control group. The control group received intravenous nutrition, while the observation group received early enteral nutrition.The postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time, nutrition support related complications, the cost of nutritional support and the nutritional status relevant index of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time, cost of nutritional support and incidence of nutritional status relevant complication in observation group was shorter or less than which in control group(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01).Conclusion Perioperative nutritional support can significantly improve the nutritional status of patients with esophageal carcinoma complicated with diabetes, early enteral nutrition can reduces complications, and also reduce the economic burden of patients.
