摘要
目的研究蒙药玉簪花的抗炎作用。方法采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀、棉球肉芽肿两种炎症模型,考察玉簪花乙醇提取物的抗炎作用。结果蒙药玉簪花乙醇提取物对二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀和棉球肉芽肿两种模型均有不同程度的抑制作用。结论蒙药玉簪花乙醇提取物具有抗炎作用。
Objective To study the anti- inflammatory effects of Hosta plantaginea through experiment.Methods The anti- inflammatory effects of ethanol extracts from H.plantaginea was observed by using the test of mouse ear swelling induced by xylene and the test of placing cottons into abdominal cavity of mouse to induce granuloma were set up.Results The ethanol extracts of H.plantaginea has inhibitory effect to both of the inflammatory models.Conclusion Extracts from H.plantaginea had anti- inflammatory effects.
