摘要
利用氨基酸自动分析仪对新疆5种不同产地的雪菊进行分析,测定了新疆雪菊中氨基酸的种类和含量,结果发现5种产地的雪菊氨基酸含量均比较丰富,氨基酸总含量为6.74%-8.65%,其中所含的人体必需氨基酸占氨基酸总量的比例都在33%以上,而且药效氨基酸的含量都比较高,药效氨基酸占氨基酸总量的比例均在64%以上,其中甜味氨基酸和酸鲜味氨基酸的总量均在苦味氨基酸的2.5倍,说明均具有不错的口感。研究结果表明这几种产地的雪菊均具有较高的食用价值和药用价值。
To determine the type and the content of amino acids in the different growing areas of the Coreopsistinctoria flower of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region by high speed amino acid analyzer.It was found that there were many kinds of aminoacids in Coreopsistinctoria flower of the five different growing areas,the total contents of amino were between 6.74% and 8.65% ,and the contents of essential amino acids in the total amino acids were more than 33% ,meanwhile,the contents of medicinal amino acids were high,the contents were more than 64% in the total amino acids,which also the contents of the sweet and sour flavor amino acids are about 2.5 times of the bitter amino acids,they are all have good taste.The result showed that the different growing areas of the Coreopsistinctoria flower has high edible value and a certain medical value.
